Babacar Ndiaye

Background

Babacar Ndiaye is the founder and managing partner of YMF Audit & Conseils. A chartered accountant registered with ONECCA, he has more than thirty-five years of experience in audit, finance, accounting and public financial management, acquired in Senegal and internationally.

Before founding the firm, he served for over ten years as Director of Finance, Financial Reporting and Grants at the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja, where he led major financial transformation projects, including the implementation of an SAP ERP and the adoption of IPSAS standards.

With recognised expertise in financial governance, reporting, international standards and the transformation of finance functions, he now supports organisations in their audit, advisory and financial performance challenges.
