Madior Diouf is the legal counsel of YMF Audit & Conseils. Specialised in the legal management of companies, he works on advisory, litigation and insolvency proceedings to secure our clients' activity and control their risks.
With a strong command of OHADA law and experience gained in corporate and banking environments, he leads the firm's legal watch and puts his expertise at the service of our clients' strategic decisions.
